Wholesale
Can I purchase all of your products online?
Remember to register first. The majority of our products can be purchased online. Some items may have more options available than what appears online. But most of them are on backorders, so the product you could be requesting it is not available anymore but we can build one very similar.

Can I visit your facilities?
Absolutely you are more than welcome, just let us know so we can coordinate with all our departments and get you a fantastic tour through all the process. We love showing our clients the whole process and the investment we do to keep our company as a leader in the industry.
How does the dashboard work?
Once your registration is approved you will get premium access to all our products, from the dashboard you will check your order status, send us messages and have conversations about any product, check the lasts offers or exclusive offers for you, manage accounts for other people from your company and more!
How about the shipping?
We have a great team in site that will make all the arrangements for get your container at your door. Just rememeber to give us all the information and get your broker just in case, we will send all the documentation, certifieds and any other requirement needed upon request. Even the insurance!
What is the time frame?
It is up to your order, so if it is only raw material and product in stock it will take 2-3 weeks to get them ready. If you would like to add flattened slabs +1 week, then if you added custom pieces to your order usually its from 6-10 weeks and they will be ready (up to 20 or 40 ft full container)

How to purchase?
Luca Engwud is a wholesale company that sells to the trade only. But have a Costarican B2C business as well.
Access to the complete Luca Collection website, including product pricing, is only available to registered industry customers or individual customers upon approval.
If you are not a wholesaler or designer and would like to buy Luca Collection products, please register as individual and add to cart any table on backorder, or even better contact our team and we will be happy to assist you with any questions.
Will I be able to find all of the products shown on your website in your facilities?
We try to have representative samples of all of our work available in our facilities. But because some pieces are unique, we cannot guarantee that what you see on the website will be on hand in any of our facilities. We will also work with you to create custom pieces that perfectly match your tastes.
Can the sun affect my finished products?
Though our durable finish adds some UV protection, every slab of wood is a natural material that is vulnerable to some color change with exposure to light, particularly during the first year. To avoid irregularities in the natural darkening or lightening process (respective to the wood species), we recommend occasionally moving any decor or place-settings around your table. If an irregularity does occur, have patience – with regular exposure to light it will level out with the surrounding wood.
How does humidity affect my finished products?
Wood is a natural material that responds to its environment. When the air is dry, wood loses moisture and shrinks. Excess moisture in the air causes it to swell. Some shrinking and swelling is to be expected; however, controlling the humidity and dryness is essential for preventing damage. To ensure your table remains beautiful and structurally sound for generations, your home should be kept at a relative humidity of 40-60%. This often requires a humidifier in winter and an air conditioner during the summer. Wood furniture should also be kept away from heat sources such as radiators and fireplaces. Normally if you’re comfortable with the temperature and humidity in your home, your wood furniture will be too.
Orders, Delivery, and Returns (Costa Rica)
What is your typical lead time?
On average, our in-stock, non-custom pieces will arrive within 2 weeks. Custom orders will take between 6 and 10 weeks.
Will the delivery team be able to remove my old furniture?
Our delivery teams will not be able to move or remove any existing furniture. To ensure a successful delivery, we do ask that you have your space prepared to receive your new pieces.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
We build our furniture by hand from tree to finished table. We stand behind our work. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it with no restocking fee within 30 days. We only ask that you arrange and pay for return shipping.
What is Luca’s delivery and installation radius?
Local delivery are free in the GAM area, if it is 50km away from our facilities (Alajuela) it may have an additional charge. For deliveries outside of this area, please contact us for an estimate.
